This is the bearing (top cover) for the UMS 5-150cc engine, the five-cylinder 150cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
The part itself is the bearing carried in the top cover, which supports the upper end of the cam or valve train.
Why it is replaced: a bearing at this location runs hot and oil-starved if the cover feed is restricted, and failure is audible before it is visible.
Fitting note: Check the cover bore and the feed passage when renewing the bearing.
