This is the pipe washer for the UMS 5-210cc engine, the five-cylinder 210cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
The part itself is the sealing washer for a pipe union or banjo fitting.
Why it is replaced: these washers deform to seal and are single-use — reusing one is a guaranteed weep. Supplied as a pack of 5, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Use two new washers per banjo bolt and check the bolt face for scoring.
