This is the o-ring bottom cover for the UMS 5-260cc engine, the five-cylinder 260cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
The part itself is the O-ring sealing the bottom cover.
Why it is replaced: the bottom cover seal is where oil leaks are most visible and most likely, so it is renewed at every service. Supplied as a pack of 10, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Check the cover face for nicks before fitting the new ring.
