This is the sensor screw for the UMS 5-75cc engine, the five-cylinder 75cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
The part itself is the sensor mounting screws.
Why it is replaced: renewed when the sensor is replaced or when the heads are damaged from repeated removal. Supplied as a pack of 10, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Do not overtighten — a distorted plate changes the air gap.
