This is the lock plate screw for the UMS 7-160cc engine, the seven-cylinder 160cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
The part itself is the screws holding the lock plate in place.
Why it is replaced: small fasteners renewed when the lock plate is replaced. Supplied as a pack of 10, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Check the lock plate tab engages the fastener flat after tightening.
