This is the propeller lock screw for the UMS 7-160cc engine, the seven-cylinder 160cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
The part itself is the screws locking the propeller fixing against rotation.
Why it is replaced: renewed whenever the propeller is removed, since the locking feature is single-use on most designs. Supplied as a pack of 10, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Use a calibrated torque wrench and confirm the locking device is fully engaged.
