Replacement base plate lock screw for the UMS 7-260cc, the seven-cylinder 260cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
Function: it is the locking screws securing the base plate to the crankcase.
The reason this ends up on an order: these fasteners hold the whole engine to the mount, so they are renewed on overhaul and checked for stretch. Supplied as a pack of 10, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Torque to the factory figure and check again after the first run.
