This is the cam pin for the UMS 7-50cc engine, the seven-cylinder 50cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
The part itself is the cam pin guide assembly, which locates the cam follower in the crankcase.
Why it is replaced: a worn guide lets the follower move out of line, which shows up as uneven valve timing and noise. Supplied as a pack of 10, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Check the follower for scoring when renewing the guide.
