This is the bottom cover lock screw for the UMS 7-77cc engine, the seven-cylinder 77cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
The part itself is the locking screws for the bottom cover.
Why it is replaced: renewed when the cover is off, since the lowest screws suffer the most corrosion. Supplied as a pack of 10, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Inspect for corrosion before reuse and torque evenly.
