A propeller lock cone to suit the UMS 7-77cc — the seven-cylinder 77cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
On this engine the component is the propeller lock cone, which centres and locks the propeller on its drive.
Why this part matters: the cone must seat perfectly or the propeller will not run true; a scored cone is replaced, not dressed. Supplied as a pack of 3, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Check the cone and the matching face for fretting before fitting, and torque to the factory figure.
