This is the inlet vaccum pipe-2 for the UMS 5-125cc engine, the five-cylinder 125cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
The part itself is vacuum take-off pipe number 2 for the induction system.
Why it is replaced: renewed with its pair when the pipes are perished or the unions are damaged. Supplied as a pack of 2, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Replace both pipes together so the two sides stay matched.
