We dispatch from Chino, California. Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:00 pm PT on a business day leave the same day; everything else ships the next business day. You will get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is scanned.

International orders may attract import duty and sales tax on arrival. These charges are set by your customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient – we do not mark parcels as gifts or under-declare values.
Shipping restrictions
Lithium batteries are classed as dangerous goods and travel under UN3480 / UN3481 rules. That means a few practical limits:
- LiPo batteries can only be shipped by ground or sea within the US – no air freight on standalone battery orders.
- Some remote and offshore destinations cannot accept lithium shipments. If your address is affected we will contact you before dispatch.
- Batteries installed inside a model (such as an RTF kit) ship under UN3481 PI967 and reach most destinations normally.
Tracking your order
Your tracking link is in the dispatch email. If it has been more than 48 hours since dispatch with no scan, or your parcel is overdue, email support@skypeakrc.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the packaging and the damaged item, keep everything until we tell you otherwise, and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or a refund – you will not have to negotiate with the carrier.
