This is the o-ring top cover for the UMS 7-160cc engine, the seven-cylinder 160cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
The part itself is the O-ring sealing the top cover.
Why it is replaced: a hardened O-ring is an oil leak and, worse, lets the cover leak air on some designs. Supplied as a pack of 10, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Renew on every removal and check the groove is clean.
