On this engine the component is the base plate on which the engine mounts to the airframe or test stand.
Why this part matters: the base plate carries the full engine load through the mount, so cracks or elongated holes here are a structural issue, not a cosmetic one. Supplied as a pack of 2, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Inspect closely for cracks radiating from the bolt holes and check the plate is flat.
