This is the propwasher for the DLE 120 twin, a large two-stroke petrol engine for big scale models.
The part itself is the propeller washer, which spreads the bolt clamping load against the hub or prop face.
Why it is replaced: a deformed or cracked washer lets the clamping load go slack and the propeller work loose.
Fitting note: Fit new washers on reassembly and inspect for cracking around the bore.
