Replacement piston for the DLE 111 twin 111cc engine.
Function: it is the piston, which transmits combustion pressure to the connecting rod and controls the transfer and exhaust ports on a two-stroke.
The reason this ends up on an order: pistons are replaced at top-end overhaul, or after a lean run or detonation has scuffed the skirt.
Fitting note: Fit a new ring with a new piston, check the bore for scoring and observe the correct piston orientation on a two-stroke.
