A propwasher to suit the DLE 111 twin — a large two-stroke petrol engine for big scale models.
On this engine the component is the propeller washer, which spreads the bolt clamping load against the hub or prop face.
Why this part matters: a deformed or cracked washer lets the clamping load go slack and the propeller work loose.
Fitting note: Fit new washers on reassembly and inspect for cracking around the bore.
