Fits DLE 170 / DLE 170M. This is the piston for the DLE 170 twin, a large-displacement two-stroke petrol twin for very large scale models.

Why it is replaced: pistons are replaced at top-end overhaul, or after a lean run or detonation has scuffed the skirt.
Fitting note: Fit a new ring with a new piston, check the bore for scoring and observe the correct piston orientation on a two-stroke.
