This is the #24 ptfe tube for the DLE 61 single, a two-stroke petrol engine for larger sport and scale models.
The part itself is size 24 PTFE tubing for the fuel or pressure lines.
Why it is replaced: PTFE is used where the line sees heat or aggressive fuel, and tubing is replaced when it hardens, kinks or cracks.
Fitting note: Cut squarely and make sure the tube is pushed fully past the barb or into the fitting.
