The Dualsky VR Duo is a voltage regulator (BEC) that takes the flight battery voltage down to a regulated output for the receiver and servos.
A regulator matters on a large model because the servos draw real current — several high-torque digital servos moving together can pull more than a receiver can supply, and a brown-out of the radio is the consequence. A regulated supply sized for that current is what prevents it.
The Duo version carries two outputs, which allows the receiver and a separate servo bus to be fed independently — useful when the servo load is high enough that sharing one output would be marginal.
Sized by the current your servo installation actually draws, not by the number of servos.
