On this engine the component is the sensor mounting screws.
Why this part matters: renewed when the sensor is replaced or when the heads are damaged from repeated removal. Supplied as a pack of 10, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Do not overtighten — a distorted plate changes the air gap.
