UMS 5-150cc SILENCER ASSEMBLY

Replacement silencer assembly for the UMS 5-150cc, the five-cylinder 150cc four-stroke radial from UMS.

Function: it is the silencer assembly, which collects the exhaust from the cylinders and reduces noise.

The reason this ends up on an order: silencers crack at the welds and corrode from the inside, and a cracked silencer is noisy, can leak hot gas and can come apart in flight.

Fitting note: Check the welds and mounting points closely and support the silencer so vibration is not carried by the joints.
