This is the vaccum tube-a for the UMS 5-150cc engine, the five-cylinder 150cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
The part itself is vacuum tube type A for the induction plumbing.
Why it is replaced: a consumable tube renewed when perished, which is the usual reason for an air leak on an older radial. Supplied as a pack of 5, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Cut to length squarely so the end seals on the nipple.
