UMS 5-260cc EXHAUST PIPE ( X 5 QTY / Pack)

This is the exhaust pipe for the UMS 5-260cc engine, the five-cylinder 260cc four-stroke radial from UMS.

The part itself is the exhaust pipe, carrying burnt gas from a cylinder to the silencer or overboard.

Why it is replaced: a cracked exhaust pipe leaks hot gas near the airframe and can fail completely; pipes also corrode from the inside over time. Supplied as a pack of 5, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.

Fitting note: Check for cracks at the flange and the first bend, where thermal stress concentrates.
