This is the push rod assembly for the UMS 5-260cc engine, the five-cylinder 260cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
The part itself is the push rod assembly, which carries cam motion up to the rocker arm.
Why it is replaced: push rods bend if the engine is turned over with a valve stuck, and a bent rod stops that cylinder breathing correctly. Supplied as a pack of 3, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Roll the rod on a flat surface to check straightness before fitting.
