This is the carburettor adapter lock screw for the UMS 5-55cc engine, the five-cylinder 55cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
The part itself is the locking screws that secure the carburettor adapter.
Why it is replaced: a loosening adapter screw is an air leak, so these are renewed on overhaul. Supplied as a pack of 10, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Torque evenly and in stages to avoid warping the adapter.
