Replacement lock plate for the UMS 7-160cc, the seven-cylinder 160cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
Function: it is the lock plate, which positively prevents a fastener from turning.
The reason this ends up on an order: a lock plate that has been bent once will not lock properly again, so it is replaced each time it is disturbed. Supplied as a pack of 3, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Bend the tab fully against the flat of the fastener, not halfway.
