Replacement sensor plate for the UMS 7-260cc, the seven-cylinder 260cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
Function: it is the sensor mounting plate, which holds the pickup in the correct position relative to the magnet ring.
The reason this ends up on an order: if the plate is bent or the mounting holes are worn the air gap changes and the ignition timing with it. Supplied as a pack of 10, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Check the air gap after fitting and confirm timing with a strobe if available.
