This is the rocker arm pin for the UMS 7-360cc engine, the seven-cylinder 360cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
The part itself is the rocker arm pin, which the rocker pivots on.
Why it is replaced: a worn pin is what causes rocker rattle and inconsistent valve clearance. Supplied as a pack of 2, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Replace pins and arms together when either is worn past limits.
