This is the insulattor adaptter for the UMS 7-50cc engine, the seven-cylinder 50cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
The part itself is the adapter that mounts the carburettor to the engine intake.
Why it is replaced: replaced if the flange is warped or the stud threads are damaged — a warped adapter guarantees an air leak.
Fitting note: Check flatness on a surface plate and fit a new gasket both sides.
