A valve exhaust to suit the UMS 9-99cc — the nine-cylinder 99cc four-stroke radial from UMS.
On this engine the component is the exhaust valve, which sees the hottest gas in the engine.
Why this part matters: the exhaust valve is the valve most likely to burn or tulip in service, especially if the engine has run lean. Supplied as a pack of 2, which is how these small parts are normally bought — you rarely need just one.
Fitting note: Inspect the seat face and stem for stretch; replace rather than reface a tuliped valve.
