This is the #30 ptfe tube for the DLE 170 twin, a large-displacement two-stroke petrol twin for very large scale models.
The part itself is size 30 PTFE tubing for the fuel or pressure lines.
Why it is replaced: renewed when the tube kinks, hardens or the end no longer seals.
Fitting note: Route away from hot surfaces and check both ends are fully home.
